Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s) without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us at store at renegadecollectibles.com with a clear statement of your decision to cancel (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).
Returning Your Item
Once you've notified us of your cancellation, you must return the item(s) within 14 days. Items must be:
- In their original, unopened condition
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Refunds
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. We reserve the right to reduce your refund if the item has been used or its value diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at store at renegadecollectibles.com. We will cover return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement at your choice.
Exclusions
The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:
- Sealed trading card packs or boxes that have been opened
- Limited edition or graded cards removed from protective cases
- Digital products or codes
